• Force Majeure (e.g. natural disasters or pandemics) Refund or rescheduling.

• Prior 72 hours or more full refund
• Less than 72 hours: 50% refund or event rescheduling

Candle Safety Advice

• Trimmed wick down to about 1/4 of an inch.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• The glass container gets hot when the wick is lit, and this can be a hazard to hands and curious pets.
• Candles should be burned in a room that is well ventilated but protected from air vents, draft and excessive air flows.
• Do not burn the candles for more than four hours at a time. Extinguish them after four hours, allow them to cool for two hours and then trim the wick again before you relight them.

Avoid Tunnelling

Tunnelling usually occurs due
to an incorrect wick size. However, all of our products are tested with the right wick sizes to
get the perfect size. Follow the next step:

• On the first burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire diameter of the candle.
