REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All our products are inspected before
they are shipped. However, we will replace, or refund candles or products
damaged during shipment if photographic proof is submitted to our email within 8
days of delivery. Also, due to nature of products, used candles cannot be returned
or refunded.

You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.  We do not do exchanges
at this time.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at artwithscent@gmail.com for further details.

Our Mistic Collection comes in a 9 oz vessell with 8 oz 100% soy product.

Candle Safety Advice

• Trimmed wick down to about 1/4 of an inch.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• The glass container gets hot when the wick is lit, and this can be a hazard to hands and curious pets.
• Candles should be burned in a room that is well ventilated but protected from air vents, draft and excessive air flows.
• Do not burn the candles for more than four hours at a time. Extinguish them after four hours, allow them to cool for two hours and then trim the wick again before you relight them.

Avoid Tunnelling

Tunnelling usually occurs due
to an incorrect wick size. However, all of our products are tested with the right wick sizes to
get the perfect size. Follow the next step:

• On the first burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire diameter of the candle.
